Gym Rat Smoothie


  • ​1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats
  • 3 pitted Medjool dates, to taste
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter (This is also a peanut butter with chia seeds that I love )
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I also add a pinch of nutmeg)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes 

In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
If  your blender has a difficult time pureeing rolled oats and dates, place  the oats and dates and milk in the blender, stir and let sit for 10 to  15 minutes to soften
