Our Classes, Programs, and Workshops
Current Classes and Workshops:
- Yoga Class Schedule, ongoing 7 classes per week.
- Advanced Indoor Cycling Classes, ongoing on Tuesdays at 9:15 am (Special Class Wednesday May 23 at 9 am).
- Beginner Indoor Cycling Classes ongoing on Tuesdays at 10:30 am.
- Evening Indoor Cycling Classes, ongoing on Thursdays at 5:30 pm.
- All Comers Indoor Cycling/Bootcamp, ongoing on Wednesdays at 9:15 am (no class Wednesday May 23).
- Complementary Lunchtime Circuit Training Class, ongoing on Mondays at 12:05 pm.
- Complementary Morning Circuit Training Class, ongoing on Wednesdays at 10 am.
- Complementary Evening Circuit Training Class, ongoing on Wednesdays at 5 pm.

Besides providing you with a clean, state-of-the-art training environment and one-on-one personal training, we currently offer a variety of specialty classes and workshops such as; boot camps, indoor cycling classes, combination strength and cycling classes, and team training.
We also offer one-on-one Health and Lifestyle Consultations for those clients wishing to improve the quality of their work out experience here at Jim's Gym.

Finally, we also have regular gym orientations and Health and Lifestyle workshops on a variety of topics to provide our members with more tools with which to enhance their health and performance.
