  • - Almond Milk or Skim Milk ( Vanilla unsweetened )
  • - Plain Greek Yogurt
  • - Almonds (Raw or unsalted)
  • - Protein powder
  • - Organic Banana
  • - Organic Spinach (VegeGreens if you prefer that over spinach)
  • - Organic Strawberries/ Rasp / Blue/ or Black berries. 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
