Healing Cleanse Protein Shake with Fresh Fruit



  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Cucumber
  • 2 Frozen Bananas or 2 Cups Berries or 2 Cups Pineapple
  • 1/3 Bunch Parsley
  • 1/3 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Inch Piece Ginger Root
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Chia or Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder



  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve with 1-2 pieces whole fruit or 2 cups of fresh berries.
