1/2 hr Intensive Intervals Indoor Cycling + 1/2 hr Strength & Stretch with Kit Miller -- Wednesdays 9:15 am to 10:15 am
Again this Winter, Jim’s Gym will be hosting an All Comers Indoor Cycling/Bootcamp. These training
sessions will be half indoor cycling and half strength and power exercises. The classes are open to all
ages and all levels and will be ideal for those who are looking for a fun and functional training program.
It is set up to provide a challenging environment for all participants no matter what their initial level of
fitness.
